Mymonkeycap.com purely provides activity/event organisers an online platform to help facilitate with booking/ticket purchases to activities/events, this is the only way it is associated with any activity/event which is listed on Mymonkeycap.com. Moral and legal responsibilities for an activity/event are solely the responsibility of the activity /event organiser.

Details including the prices of an activity/event which is listed on Mymonkeycap.com has been provided by the activity/event organiser.Any complaints made towards the details of an activity/event on mymonkeycap.com for example 'a complaint made towards misrepresentation of an activity'event' are solely the responsibility of the activity/event organiser.'

You as a user of mymonkeycap.com agree not to involve mymonkeycap.com in any dispute that may occur between yourself and an activity/event organiser with regards to the activity /event.

For each activity/event listed on mymonkeycap.com users can check availability dates and ticket number availability. For some activities users can send booking requests to partake in an activity at a specific date if it is not currently listed in the availability date calendar on mymonkeycap.com. Such request will then either be accepted or denied within forty eight hours.

For those activities/ events which have been indicated as available on mymonkeycap.com but are not actually available will be the sole responsibility of the activity/event organiser. Mymonkeycap.com is in no way liable for such errors made by an activity/event organiser.

Activity/event organisers have the right to cancel any activity/event due to the following: Health and safety concerns, weather conditions, natural disasters, insufficient number of people attending or any other unforeseen event or circumstance that may arise.

Your booking/ticket

Once you have successfully booked and paid for a activity/event through mymonkeycap.com you will be able to print out your online booking/ticket by selecting 'download and print booking/ticket '. Your booking/ticket will also be attached with an automated email sent through to your email address confirming your purchase to an activity/event.

Each booking/ticket will contain a unique code which can only be used once.

You must bring and show the appropriate photo identification for those activities/events that require identification as either proof of age or identity.

The currency in which prices for activities/events are shown will depend on the country’s currency where the activity/event is taken place. All prices for activities/events will include local taxes where applicable.

Activity/Event cancellations

All cancellation and booking changes rely on a activity/event organizer’s terms /conditions and policies. Each time a booking is made to a specific activity/event through mymonkeycap.com you agree to oblige to that event/activities terms /conditions and policies.

Customer cancellations

Activity and events which have stated that they are non-transferable & non-refundable can neither be changed nor refunded and any stage.

If you would like to cancel or change a booking made on mymonkeycap.com to another date for any activities/ events that allow cancellations or booking changes you can contact us. Please state the following: Your reason for wanting a refund or change, your full name and booking reference. Refund/booking depends on the cancellation policy described by each activity organizer, which would be clearly mentioned in the activity/events page and also in the e-ticket.

In those instances where an activity/event organiser approves a refund mymonkeycap.com will provide a refund to the card that the user originally made the booking/ticket purchase on.The refund amount will be the total amount for the booking /ticket purchase to the activity/event.

Cancellation made by activity/event organiser's

Mymonkeycap.com will provide each customer who has successfully purchased a booking/ticket to a cancelled activity/event through the mymonkeycap.com platform an immediate refund as soon as we are notified by an activity/event organiser that an activity/event has been cancelled. The time the refunded money will appear in the customers account depends on the time taken by the third party payment gateway policies.

Money will be refunded to the credit/debit card which the customer used to purchase a booking/ticket to the activity/event.

Bookings/tickets for activities/events which have been postponed will still be valid for new dates unless otherwise stated.

Those who have purchased bookings/tickets to an activity/event which has been postponed can ask for a full refund by contacting us, refund requested must be made before the activity/event occurs.

Customers will not be charged any cancellation fee for any activity/event that was cancelled by the activity/event organiser.
